JTPFour, the name is derived from the names of my family. What it stands for as a company is our commitment to making our clients happy through quality services that everyone involved in the company are proud of. For 19 years as a consultant, I have delivered quality services in Learning – whether focused on customizing an off the shelf product, setting up a hosted environment (before the cloud) for global companies, or creating content to help people perform at their peak, learning has always been at the core of the activity. Our company is focused on the learning industry, but that can be split into 2 parts – the learning management system (LMS) and the learning itself (content, instructional design, etc). We have seen many companies spend millions on implementing a state of the art LMS only to see the company not realize the return on investment because no one used the system, it wasn’t setup right, or there was no real reason for employees to go to
